Dylan and Kymerlee made our relocating buying experience extremely pleasant and easy. Been Florida residents for many years. Due to over crowding and money hunger developers that are taking the land. River system that is dying. We decided to relocate. Reached out to Dylan regarding a house we saw on Zillow while my husband was in the area checking it out to see if it was right for us. Was able to meet in person and explain what we were looking for. Found another home that we really liked. The Music’s went for us to the property and did a video showing for us. Kristine was absolutely a breath of fresh air. She helped me every step of the way. She answered all my questions and if there was not an immediate response she could not answer; she would get back with super quickly. She helped me get a better loan offer. When I found my forever home, she already had paperwork drawn up and ready to put in that offer. The offer she put in got accepted by next day or same day of. I highly recommend her to anyone. I closed on the property within 30 plus days.

Rachel is hands down one of the best realtors I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. She got us in for a showing for a home the day our future home was put on the market. She put in the offer that night and was accepted the next day. The day after that she was at our home taking photos to get it on the market the following day. We were under contract for our new home on a Saturday and our current home fleas under contract to be sold four days later. I am a real estate investor/developer in Ga, s.c. and Fl. I have been doing this for 2 decades and have dealt with many agencies. I have had some good expieriences , fair and bad ones.

I first mett Racheal on a call she made to me, from an advertisement i had made on zillow, selling a property, which had been on Zillow for several months, with not much activity, mabe a call, once a month. Racheal asked to list this property. I aggreed to give her a shot because when speaking with her i could tell she was well versed and i knew she was a hard worked because i didnt call her, she had the ambition to contact me. 60 days later i was in the attourneys office at the closing. The whole process, Racheal and her team were very profesional and did an excellent job. She is currently selling another property for me and we are planning more in the future, God willing.
